BestAIAgents.app is an independent, continuously updated index of the best AI agents for coding, sales, customer support, research, website building, and general work. It exists to answer one question honestly: of the dozens of AI agents launching every month, which ones are actually worth your time and money right now. The index currently covers 46 agents across 7 categories.
Why this site exists
The AI agent market moves faster than buyers can track. Pricing changes without notice, capabilities ship weekly, and most “best AI agent” lists are stale within a month or are thin affiliate pages with no real testing behind them. We built BestAIAgents.app to be the opposite: a reference where every entry carries a last-verified date, pricing is checked against the vendor’s own page, and rankings are written before any monetization is considered. The goal is a resource we would trust ourselves when choosing a tool.
Who runs it
BestAIAgents.app is founded, researched, and edited by Michael Okeje, who tests and writes about AI agents and maintains the index. It is independent — not owned by, funded by, or operated on behalf of any of the companies listed, and no vendor has editorial input into rankings or review text. When a review rests on hands-on use, it says so; when it rests on documented capabilities, published benchmarks, and pricing, it says that instead, rather than implying testing that wasn’t done. How we research and verify
Every listing is re-checked on a monthly cycle: pricing pages are re-read, discontinued products are removed, and material changes — new pricing models, major capability launches — update the entry. The verification stamp on each page, currently July 20, 2026, reflects the most recent pass. How we make money
BestAIAgents.app is free to read and is supported by two things: advertising and affiliate links. Some outbound links to vendors are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. These links are marked with a sponsored relationship in the page markup. Crucially, affiliate relationships never affect rankings, verdicts, or whether a product is included — many top-ranked agents in this index are not affiliate partners at all.
